Account & Registration
Head to the Register page and fill in your name, email address, Pakistani mobile number and a username. Create a strong password, select PKR as your currency, tick the 18+ confirmation box and submit. You will receive a confirmation email — once verified, your account is active and ready to use.
Completely free. There is no registration fee, no monthly subscription and no account maintenance charge. You only spend PKR when you choose to make a deposit and play. Creating an account costs you nothing at all.
18 years old, without exception. By completing registration, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Salotpk may request a CNIC for identity and age verification before processing your first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to someone under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
On the Login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your registered email address. A reset link will be sent within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive in your main inbox. Follow the link, set a new password and log in normally. If you are still locked out, contact [email protected] with your username.
No. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are against the platform rules and may result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances removed. If you believe you accidentally created a duplicate or have trouble accessing your original account, contact support before creating a new one.
Deposits & Payments
Salotpk supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast (instant bank transfer), standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards linked to Pakistani bank accounts, and other mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR — no currency conversion, no international fees.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically reflected in your salotpk balance within 1 to 5 minutes of authorisation on your mobile wallet. Raast transfers are also very fast — usually instant. Standard bank transfers can take a little longer depending on your bank, but most complete within a few hours during business hours.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Generally, JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits start at a low PKR threshold to make the platform accessible for players with any budget. Check the Deposit section of your account dashboard for the exact current minimums per payment method, as these can be updated from time to time.
First, wait a few minutes and refresh your account balance — most deposits process quickly but occasional delays do happen, especially during peak times. If your balance has not updated after 15 minutes and the payment was deducted from your JazzCash or bank account, take a screenshot of your transaction confirmation and email it to [email protected]. Our team will trace the payment and credit your account manually if needed.
Salotpk does not charge any platform fees on deposits. Your PKR is credited in full. Some payment providers — JazzCash, for example — may apply their own transaction charges on their end, which is outside salotpk's control. Check your mobile wallet's standard fee schedule if you want to confirm whether any provider charges apply before depositing.
Withdrawals
Log in to your account, go to your account dashboard and select the Withdrawal option. Enter the amount in PKR and choose your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account. Make sure the receiving account is registered in your name and matches the details on your salotpk account. Submit the request and wait for processing.
Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few hours. Bank transfers typically arrive within 1 to 2 business days. First-time withdrawals may take slightly longer if your account requires identity verification — this is a standard one-time check that speeds up all future withdrawals once completed.
Withdrawals can be pending for a few reasons: your account verification may be incomplete, there may be an active bonus with wagering requirements still attached to your balance, or your withdrawal details may need a quick security review. Check your account dashboard for any outstanding verification steps. If everything looks clear on your end and the withdrawal is still pending after 24 hours, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference.
Yes — identity verification is required before your first withdrawal. You will typically need to provide a copy of your CNIC and confirmation that the withdrawal account (JazzCash number, bank account or Easypaisa number) is registered in your own name. This is a one-time process. Once your identity is verified, future withdrawals process much more quickly.
